About the role
You will be providing oversight to IAGC of the performance of its global operations across the IAG operating companies in regards to both its regulatory requirements and the standards of IAGC through the development and delivery of a quality assurance programme. Supporting the business to identify and address areas of non-compliance.
What you’ll do
Work across a combined IAG worldwide network of both insourced and outsourced operations. Responsible for design, implementation and ongoing management of combined group safety, security and operations standards in line with the regulatory requirements. Accountable for managing the approvals and licenses across the group ensuring that the required approvals are in place and complied with. Provides oversight to the group of network performance through a robust quality assurance programme.
Provide support and advice to the regions in fields of aviation security, health & safety and quality management.
Develop and manage an audit and inspection plan for the IAGC network to ensure compliance with EASA OPS and other regulations, each operating companies policy and IAG Cargo’s standards. Where shortfalls exist make appropriate recommendations and monitor completion.
Carry out investigations of safety & security incidents as required and directed by Compliance management.
Produce clear and concise reports on findings, observations and recommendations through the various tools of the quality programme.
Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of the combined global technical standards across IAGC.
Support the process of obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals where they are required.
Production of trend analysis, metric collection, analytics and reporting across all operations, ensuring transparency across the network.
