About the role
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and creative Learning, Talent & Performance Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in Learning & Development while gaining a recognised qualification through the Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner apprenticeship.
This role sits at the heart of our L&D initiatives and gives you a front-row seat to how we shape talent development across the business. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us identify learning needs, develop engaging learning solutions, and ensure our offerings are fresh, relevant, and impactful. This isn’t just about supporting learning - it’s about driving it forward.
What you’ll do
- Support the end-to-end learning cycle - from identifying needs and designing solutions to evaluating impact
- Use talent and performance data to spot opportunities for learning and growth
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives
- Help plan and schedule learning programmes, workshops, and experiences
- Update learning content and materials in line with learner feedback and business change
- Promote the learning offering across the business using engaging, creative communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business priorities
- Keep up to date with L&D trends and share fresh thinking to help shape our approach

Minimum requirements:
- A-Levels, BTEC, International Baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification(s)
- GCSE English and mathematics grade 4 (C) and above or equivalent
