About the role
The Customer Service Executive role is reporting to the Cargo Customer Service Manager Benelux and Germany. You will be a part of highly professional team, running our day-to-day operations as well as support implementation of customer service strategies, plans and processes to develop and support business. You will engage work relation with Cargo Headquarters as well as our colleagues worldwide.
What you’ll do
- Ensure 100% compliance throughout area with all corporate and regulatory rules and regulations, monitor and manage local performance, assist in supplier management process
- Develop strong and lasting working relationships with key service providers
- Manage the flight, freighter and truck planning for Benelux
- Manage ULD stocks within the area
- Manage import and export irregularities, recovery process, including communication with customers
- Manage complaints and assist with claims process
- Coordinate with internal departments and various stakeholders

Skills and Experience:
- Must have the right to live and work full-time in the Netherlands
- Willing to work a shift schedule
- Must have experience in cargo customer service / operations
- Must be PC literate, including MS Office applications, ability to learn new systems
- Have excellent communication skills
- High standard of English, written and spoken
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
